Multi-factor authentication (MFA) enhances security through the addition of an extra level of security beyond passwords alone. It mitigates risks associated with weak or stolen passwords, phishing attacks, and other common cyber threats. We strongly recommend that you activate this feature which can be done by setting ‘Enable Multifactor Authentication?’ to ‘Yes’ under Admin > Application Settings > General. Once enabled, any person logging in to the system will be required to provide a One Time Password (OTP) sent to their email before logging in.
By moving inactive or past rota to archives, primary storage systems are kept cleaner and more efficient, improving the performance when you create a new rota. You can archive your rota under Rota > Archive and selecting the rotas to be archived.
The system can be set to automatically reject a leave application if it contravenes conditions set by you such as at a time when other staff already have leave approved.
The mobile apps have also been improved. You will need to continue to use the existing version of the app until you have been moved the new version of the software. After that you will need to migrate to the new version of the app. There is a table below with links to the correct version.
