Cloud based

You will be able to access the system using any browser, meaning you can manage it on your PC, Mac, iPhone or iPad, Android phone or Tablet and any Windows device. 


Auto email staff

As you create the rota you can at the touch of one button automatically email the rota itself or revised personal calendars (via Outlook/OS/Android/Blackberry/Google calendars and Intradoc247) to any staff member.


Room bookings

An extensive room booking feature for internal and external users is integrated into the system to ensure you never find a staff member without a room.


Leave management

The system allows the user to co-ordinate all leave including staff application and accruals.


Individualised access

Each staff member can be given a login allowing them to view their own or the overall rota. From here they can select open shifts, swap shifts and manage their leave, Managers can be given read and/or write access to any part of the system.


Inbuilt customer support

You will be able to log problems and ask for help within the system itself; support time will be dramatically improved. Omni are your rota partners with you every step of the way.


The future

We envisage adding plenty of extra features in future versions and we'd be delighted to hear your thoughts and wish lists on what you'd like the system to do or how you'd like it done better.
