Cloud based

You will be able to access the system using any browser, meaning you can manage it on your PC, Mac, iPhone or iPad, Android phone or Tablet and any Windows 8 device.

Auto email staff

As you create the rota you can at the touch of one button automatically email the rota itself or revised personal calendars (via Outlook/OS/Android/Blackberry/Google calendars and Intradoc247) to any staff member.

Individualised access

Each staff member can be given a login allowing them to view their own or the overall rota. Managers can be given read and/or write access to any part of the system.

Inbuilt customer support

You will be able to log problems and ask for help within the system itself; support time will be dramatically improved.

The future
