HA is a revolution in psychometric
testing.
Typically a psychometric test can predict job success with accuracy of
around 50%. HA regularly achieves predictive validity of
between 80-90%. This is truly breathtaking.
HA has been
developed over the past 20 years to determine job suitability
and takes the form of a 25-30 minute questionnaire which can be
completed
online.
Through its ingenious design, HA measures over
150 traits,
including; task preferences (e.g. computers, driving, teaching),
interests (e.g. finance, science, food), environmental preferences
(e.g. noise, standing, team) and interpersonal skills (e.g. motivation,
enthusiasm, communication style, helpfulness).

HA's underlying philosophy of complementary
traits analysis is innovative and unprecedented. By directly and
individually comparing traits that are typically measured as mutually
opposing (e.g. diplomacy and frankness) HA opens previously
closed doors in identifying and understanding personality using the
power of the paradox.
By comparing an individual's traits against actual
job performance, HA can determine with astonishing
reliability the likelihood that a person will be suitable for any
particular role. Conversely the system can identify appropriate career
choices for an individual.
No specific qualifications are required for
interpretation and there is no setup cost for bureau use. It was
originally developed in Western Australia and is now used extensively
throughout Australia, South East Asia and the United States.
HA has been used successfully for
recruitment, team building, training needs analysis, career guidance
and personal development.
